At Visual Vinyl, we strive to provide you with the best shipping experience possible using made for the trade strong mailers to reach you in the same condition it left us.
Here are the details of our shipping policy:
1. Order Processing Time: - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. - In case of any delay or backorder, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods: - We offer standard shipping services through trusted carriers such as Royal Mail. - Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. - Please note that we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
3. Shipping Fees: - Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. - The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Information: - If you have paid for a tracked service, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. - You can track your shipment by visiting the carrier's website and entering the provided tracking number.
5. Delivery Time: - Standard shipping usually takes 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. - Expedited shipping options can reduce the delivery time to 1-3 business days.
6. Undeliverable Packages: - In case a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or any other reason, it will be returned to us. - We will contact you to verify the correct address and arrange for reshipping, subject to additional shipping fees if applicable.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Visual Vinyl. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our returns policy:
1. Eligibility: - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it.
2. Return Process: - To initiate a return, please contact our customer services within 14 days of receiving your order. - Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping: - The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product or an item not matching our description. - We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Refunds: - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges: - We currently do not offer direct exchanges since each item is unique. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Our Gradings
Ever received anything in less than the grade you was expecting? We try to eliminate these surprises with our grading system.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are going to receive when they order from us which is why we use full descriptions and plenty of pictures of the actual sale items to give a clear idea of how the item looks and will likely sound and not have to leave anything to chance.
With a global marketplace now available on the internet the old style of short grades of EX, VG+ etc have mixed meanings to customers from different parts of the world. These grades were created when space was tight on paper lists & in magazine adverts. Now in an internet age we can use full descriptions to give clearer ideas of what the records and sleeves actually look or sound like.
