How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Shipped To Me?

We will endeavour to process all orders within 24 working hours from receipt. This does not include weekends or UK public holidays. Once processed we will contact you to let you know your order is on it's way and a rough expected delivery time based on the delivery service you selected and your location.

Will I Get The Exact Item As Pictured?

Yes. Each and every item is unique. The pictures in the listing are of the item you will receive and so will match this and the description as given at the time.

Where Is My Order?

If more time has passed than the expected days to deliver as previously given then please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page or email us from your original order email. If you have paid for a tracked service, please check first with the service provider using the tracking number on their website. There could be various reasons why the order has been held up and we will giude you as to what to do next.

What If I Need To Return Anything?

No problem. If for any reason you need to return an item to us please get in touch via email or our Contact Us form with details as to why you need to return the item. Please keep hold of your original packing as this may be useful to return the item in.

If you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the item then return will be at your cost. If however, there has been a problem with the delivery or the item is not as described then we pay for return costs. Either case we recommend you use a tracked service.

What If I Change My Mind?

No problem, but please get in touch with us as soon as you can.

If the order has not been dispatched we can cancel the order and refund your monies. If however, the order has been sent or even already arrived with you then you will need to initiate a return which you will need to pay the postage for.

How Do I get In Touch With You?

You can either reply to your original order email(if you have one) or use the Contact Us page on this site and quote your order number(if you placed one).

How Will You Pack My Order?

We have over 30 years of packing experience so rest assured your order is in safe hands.

We use specially made for the trade mailers and stiffners to ensure your order arrives with you in the same condition it left us.

Where applicable we will place the record in a new sleeve for transport and include the original inner. The record will be placed outside of the original sleeve to avoid splits from movement on it's journey to you.

If you have any special packing requests please let us know at the time of placing your oder.

We have several shops in the Midlands, all of which are open to the public on different days and times.

Yes! We are always looking to buy collections. We can visit you at your location at a time that suits and, if you have what we need, we buy the whole lot for a fair price and pay on the spot. Easy.
